New Zealand Careers Limited (NZC) was established in 2012 to help employers find suitable candidates for the Canterbury Rebuild in the wake of the Christchurch earthquake. Since its conception it has been instrumental in the placement of skilled migrant workers in positions that could not be fulfilled by the local workforce alone.
